All Bearskin products are made from all natural ingredients. All our products are free from parabens, mineral oils, EDTA’s and animal derivatives along with other nasties. All products are also tested on the manliest of men. As a safety precaution prior to full application, it’s important to always patch test our products as everyone’s skin is unique and different.

All our products are indeed made from all natural ingredients. The lovely fragrances that you can smell come from natural essential oils. This is the same for any of our products that are scented.

You can expect to start seeing results after 3-4 weeks of using our Bearskin routines. To get the best results it’s important to follow the skincare routine instructions and be consistent with the application of products.

Each of our routines/products have instructions of use on their product pages as well as on the packaging. The routines also come with an instruction card that outlines the steps for usage.

To reduce irritation and inflammation, prior to shaving we recommend to use the charcoal face scrub. We also recommend applying the revitalising face moisturiser after shaving to hydrate and soothe your skin.

Bearskin products on average have a shelf life of up to 6 months.

Store your Bearskin products in cool dry areas below 30 degrees out of direct sunlight.

If you are having any kind of irritation, redness, soreness or negative effect please stop using Bearskin’s products immediately and if issues persist please visit your local GP or dermatologist.

Depending on your location shipping should take between 3-6 business days.

Our subscription skincare routines are made to last 2 months. Shipping therefore occurs every 60 days from the date of your first purchase.

Yes you can! If you find that you are using the products more quickly or slowly and you would like to change how frequently you receive your products you can adjust your shipping times from your account on the Bearskin website. If you have any issues please email customercare@bearskin.com.au and let us know the frequency of shipping you would like to change to and we can organise it for you.

You can log into your account through the Bearskin website and cancel your subscription through your account portal. If you have any issues then send us an email at customercare@bearskin.com.au saying you want to cancel your subscription and we will organise it for you.

If you would like to change an order you have made or cancel an order please email customercare@bearskin.com.au.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the products you have purchased within 30 days of your purchase we will refund you all your money (no need to return). Please email customercare@bearskin.com.au for your refund.

We currently are unable to ship internationally. This is due mainly to the fact that the cost to our customers would be quite high. However, it is something we are looking into for the near future.
